“Building an ADU is a complex process and Bryan was committed to seeing the project through to completion.
One of the biggest hurdles we faced was an issue with an existing unpermitted structure on the property. Bryan worked with the city to help resolve it so we could move forward with the ADU. He also coordinated with our engineer to ensure the project met structural requirements.
Building can be a complex and stressful process, and it was helpful to have someone familiar with city and structural requirements on board.
